How much does delivery cost?
We are currently shipping to the UK only.
Delivery rates cover Royal Mail delivery and protective packaging.
There is no minimum order value, postage is charged according to the value of the order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your order in it's original packaging provided the item is unused and in perfect condition. Please see below if the item is damaged

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to let me know you would like to return an item

Return the item within 30 days of delivery
Who pays for return postage?
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been safely returned.

If your order arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. Please send photos of the damaged item, these must include photos of the packaging so I can make a claim.
Damaged items will be replaced once you have contacted me and sent the photos
